Kunal Panchal

My name is Kunal, based in North Carolina. I'm a rising junior studying Economics (Business Administration) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

My background started in real estate operations, where I've managed a residential property portfolio since 2021. From there I moved into CRE analysis through Project Destined, underwriting multifamily deals in a private equity setting. This fall I'm stepping into an M&A analyst role at SellSide Group, where I'll be working on the deal-making side.

I'm drawn to investment banking and the process of structuring transactions, and I'm building toward a career on the buy or sell side where I can put both deal and analytical experience to work. Outside of finance, I grew up playing basketball, golf, and lacrosse.
